About some years ago real estate has been having challenges in terms of property ownership mostly affecting diaspora investors. We have been on the frontline to make every investor invest with us to fulfill their dream of owning a land to come true both in diaspora and locally. Through that we have managed to win a good number of investors locally and globally due to our transparency, accountability and honesty to our investors.
Our basic principle of honesty, integrity and accountability have allowed us to grow and improve since the genesis. We have opened door for young investors where we nature and teach them the importance of land investing. Early 2022 we introduced young investors’ forum which we were able to reach more than a thousand youths who benefited from the forum and invested. This shows that we do not have an age limit in Hodari Homes.
Being in the industry for that short period of time we have managed to give eight title deeds handover for projects in Malindi, Matuu, Nyahururu, Diani, Rumuruti, Nanyuki and Mariakani, Malindi and Rumuruti leading. We have undertaken measurable commitments to set a helpful mindset to diverse investors locally and globally. Through technology which is growing day by day we have reached a lot of potential investors through our influencers who have enabled us to sell massively in United Kingdom, USA, Europe and Gulf community at large. Talking of diaspora clients we have been wondering how they can invest while they are away, we have come up with accessible means for them to invest wherever they are without them coming to Kenya.
Our projects are pocket friendly as a consideration to our economy. We also give our investors a flexible payment plan to fulfill their desire to own a land both at cash price plan and installment plan.
